LARRY BANKS PhD, Co-Founder 

My professional activities have focused on enhancing learning and human performance through technology. Recently, I created workforce development programs incorporating advanced video technologies. As the Co-Founder of Intentional Learning, I work with organizations to design plans for improving employee effectiveness using evidence-based practices. These efforts include supporting institutions in achieving regional accreditation and mentoring teams to achieve performance goals.
 

My expertise includes strategic planning problem-solving, accreditation processes, budgeting, faculty development, and project leadership. I have experience developing competency-based programs to improve organizational results. By analyzing root causes and identifying essential skills, I advise leaders and managers to make informed decisions that positively improve their departments, businesses, and schools.  

With over thirty years of experience in business and education, I have worked with academic institutions, owned a small business, and consulted with organizations to improve their operational effectiveness. My roles have included Executive Director of Learning and Development, Vice President of Operations at Harman Music Group, General Manager of JBL Speakers, as well as President and Provost at several schools.

Brandi Hess is a co-founder of Intentional Learning, where she partners with organizations to design and deliver leadership training, employee development programs, and consulting solutions that drive measurable business results. With a background in human behavior, communication, and organizational dynamics, Brandi helps companies build stronger teams, improve workplace culture, and create alignment between leadership vision and employee performance.

As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with advanced training in communication and relationship systems, Brandi brings a unique, people-centered approach to business consulting. She specializes in translating insights from human development into practical strategies that enhance leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, and organizational success.

Brandi holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Utah. Her diverse experience in coaching, supervision, and leadership development equips her to guide managers, executives, and teams through challenges of growth, change, and collaboration.
